Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do physical therapy or personal training?
We’re both. Siena Physio blends the clinical expertise of physical therapy with the movement-forward approach of personal training. We believe modern physical therapy has lost the “physical” part of the equation — and we’re here to bring it back. Your treatment should look like fitness. As Doctors of Physical Therapy, we’re uniquely equipped to apply evidence-based principles to your movement, strength, and performance — whether you’re rehabbing an injury or just want to feel stronger in your body
Will you talk to my doctor?
If helpful, we’ll share a concise summary and coordinate recommendations with your physician upon request.
What if I’m not injured?
Perfect — many of our clients don’t have a “classic” injury. Instead, they come in with old aches, lingering stiffness, or areas that just don’t feel quite right. That’s our specialty. We’re experts at evaluating those nagging issues and building targeted programs to address them before they become something bigger. You don’t need to be injured to move, feel, and function better.
How do I continue after the assessment?
We’ve created options to meet you where you’re at. You can do a combination of small-group classes and private sessions, or choose exclusively one or the other depending on your goals and preferences.
Do you accept insurance?
No. We do not accept insurance.
Where can I park?
Parking is available in the lot behind our building (accessible via Del Medio Ave), as well as street parking along Del Medio.
I just finished physical therapy elsewhere—can I still come to Siena?
Absolutely! That’s exactly why we’re here. Siena helps bridge the gap between rehab and resilient, lifelong movement. Whether you’re joining our group fitness classes or working 1:1 in a private session, your injury history stays front and center in everything we do—so you can stay strong, mobile, and pain-free for the long run.
