Research shows that progressive strength and impact training can increase bone density by 2–3% per year and reduce fall risk by up to 40% in older adults. Strength training improves muscle support and posture, while targeted impact work safely stimulates bone growth and coordination — key components in maintaining independence and confidence.
In these PT-led classes, you’ll perform safe, individualized resistance, impact, and balance exercises that help you move with your body — not against it — and get stronger by listening to what it needs most.
