What is Siena Strength Lab?
Most people know strength training matters—but hesitate to start.
Old injuries. Uncertainty. Fear of doing the wrong thing.
That hesitation makes sense.
When you tell us about a tight knot in your shoulders, low back pain that comes and goes, or that familiar hip tightness—we do not see a limitation. We have seen these patterns thousands of times.
Siena Strength Lab is intentionally small so we can coach closely and build strength in a way that feels confident, not cautious.
The Program
Siena Strength Lab runs in 8-week training series, allowing for thoughtful progression and consistency.
