Testimonials

Really great class! I got to work parts of my body that I wouldn’t even know how to engage in regular workouts. Will be coming back.

Siena Signature: Hips/Glutes - Amy

What a fabulous place! Amy had 3 of us in class and she took care of us all like 1-1 training. She mentioned that there are 6 people at the max in general. Amy is soft spoken but somehow still kept us pumped up. I would 100 percent recommend this beautiful physio location. You first do the right exercises for flexibility, with posture correction and then reps of some core / strength exercises. I’d definitely come back some day! Thanks Amy!

Siena Signature: Dynamic Core - Amy

Class was great. Felt really targeted to strengthening and improving mobility around the hip (hence the class name) and liked how controlled each exercise station felt. That said also got my heart rate up too.

Hip Hustle - Amy

Strength isn’t the absence of pain — it’s learning to listen, adapt, and move alongside it.
