This PT-led class is all about waking up your hips and strengthening the muscles that support them—think glutes, deep core, and stabilizers. Whether you’re sitting all day, running miles, or just trying to keep your low back happy, your hips are doing a lot of work behind the scenes.
We mix mobility, activation, and functional strength in a way that’s smart, sweaty, and totally doable. Every move is designed with intention (and PT brains behind it), so you’re building real strength where it matters most—without overdoing it.

This Posture Circuit Training class is designed by physical therapists to strengthen and activate the key muscles that support your posture—including your core, back, shoulders, and hips. Using evidence-based exercises, we blend gentle mobility work with targeted strength training to improve balance, flexibility, and postural endurance.
Whether you spend hours at a desk or simply want to stand taller and move with more confidence, this class will help you reduce tension, improve body awareness, and prevent discomfort.
Expect to use foam rollers, light weights, and resistance bands as we crank up the tunes, get your posture muscles fired up, and leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to take on the day!
