The Siena method
Every class, same foundation.
Each session is built through the lens of a musculoskeletal expert, so you get stronger while taking care of your joints.
- Mobilize
Open up the joints first, so you can move through a full, comfortable range.
- Stabilize
Switch on the smaller stabilizing muscles that give you control.
- Strengthen
Bring it together with real, compound strength work — and real weights.
The goal isn’t just to move more. It’s a body that moves well, feels strong and works together.
Why small group
The attention of a trainer. The energy of a group.
Your coach knows your assessment, your history and your goals before you walk in. With six or fewer people, they can watch every rep, adjust your weight and swap a movement the moment something doesn’t feel right.
- Programs designed by Doctors of PT
- Coached by our DPTs and CSCS-certified movement coaches
- Physio under the same roof when we need a deeper investigation into your movement strategies
- Regular re-assessments to keep your plan on track

Good questions.
- I’ve never lifted before. Is this for me?
- Yes. Your assessment tells us where to start, and your coach scales every movement to you — many members are new to strength training.
- I have an old injury. Can I still join?
- Usually, yes — that’s what we’re built for. If your assessment shows you need Physio first, we’ll tell you, and your $50 counts toward it.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on your plan and how often you train. We’ll walk you through the options at your Strength Assessment, so you only pay for what fits.
- I’m already a member. Where do I book classes?
- Head to the class schedule to book through your Arketa account.
